We selected a professional ceramic coating from Gtechniq, engineered for long-term durability and strong UV resistance. The coating was applied panel by panel in a cross-hatch pattern with a suede applicator block to ensure full coverage. After flashing, it was leveled using a long-fiber and short-fiber microfiber towel to prevent high spots.
Once the entire body was coated, the RAV4 was staged in a controlled curing bay to allow the coating to set evenly and bond fully with the paintwork.
To reduce cabin heat and protect interior surfaces, we installed high-performance nano ceramic window tint on all side and rear windows. The film was plotter-cut to match the exact size of the factory glass, and applied using a slip solution and soft squeegee blades.
