All services are performed by trained detailers using trusted products such as Gtechniq and Bowden’s Own. Service outcomes may vary based on your vehicle’s age, paint condition, and environment.

 

3. Quotes, Estimates & Appointments

 

• All quotes provided by phone, email, or our website are estimates until confirmed after vehicle inspection.
  
• Final pricing may change based on service type, vehicle size, or required materials.
  
• Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
  
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

   

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

 

• Payment is required in full upon service completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
  
• We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

   

Refunds are provided only if:

 

• The incorrect service was performed; or
  
• A verified defect falls under warranty; or
  
• A refund is approved by management under special circumstances.

   

Custom installations (such as special-order film or coating packages) are non-refundable once materials have been prepared.

 

5. Warranty Coverage

 

All services performed by KD Auto Detailing include limited warranty coverage against installation defects or product issues.
Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and service type (e.g., Gtechniq Ceramic Coating, PPF film).

 

Warranty does not cover:

 

• Improper maintenance, automatic car washes, or neglect
  
• Damage from accidents, road debris, or harsh chemicals
  
• Environmental wear such as sap, bird droppings, or UV fading
  
• Modifications, removal, or third-party work on the vehicle

   

To maintain warranty validity, customers must follow the aftercare instructions provided during delivery.
